This article is an attempt to clarify what the rules are about paddling on Bristol Harbour, and under what circumstances club members, and non-members, are permitted to use the harbour.

Feb 2020: Cumberland road is closed to through vehicles due to subsidence into the new cut, so for the foreseeable future you can only access Baltic Wharf from the west (i.e. from Cumberland Basin).
