This award is a reflection of the excellent delivery and the high standard of Governance, Safety, Safeguarding and E.D.I. which is both in place and being improved at our club. This initiative from Paddle UK provides a Club Improvement Programme to assist in bench marking procedures and processes against other clubs and national guidelines, while also providing a process for continual improvement of the management of our club.
Our award was kindly presented to our Chair Mark Gillett on October 5th, by Phil Scowcroft, the PUK Community Lead. The presentation took place at our Monday night Pool session.
