After struggling to get a team together at the beginning of the week, six of our Pitbull Canoe Polo Team took to the water at the outdoor pitch at Treharris on Saturday May 2nd. The first game was against a solid team from Rhondda where we lost having put up a reasonably good show in the first half. The later games, comprised of wins against Abervan, Swansea and the best of all, Avon where we beat them 5-1. Fortunately the organisers reorganised the games so that the Sunday session was cancelled, so it proved a great day even though the rain came in during our last game.
